During the rework process, our expert analyzer colleagues will replace all incorrectly placed or defective parts and repair their soldering, which ensures the correction of manufacturing defects and cost-effective product salvage.

BGA Reballing

During our precision BGA reballing process, the original solder balls are carefully removed, the surface of the product is cleaned and prepared, and then new solder balls are placed, ensuring that faulty connections are repaired and the component can be recycled, improving reliability and service life. We use both hot air and infrared heating technology to rework, repair and reball BGAs.

Analysis

During the repair process, we decipher the underlying design, manufacturing or usage reasons that caused the failure. If required, our engineering colleagues will prepare a detailed report on the results of the analysis for our customers, with which we support the development of next-generation products.

Our traceability and integrated ERP systems enable the monitoring of every step of production, ensuring complete transparency and traceability, up to 10 years after production.

Automated inspection

Our automatic optical (AOI) and paste inspection (SPI) systems on all our assembly lines use the latest 3D technology, so we can quickly and accurately detect manufacturing defects. We subject your products to automated serial inspection not only during SMT, but also during THT assembly with our THT AOI equipment, thus eliminating the risk factors arising from the human factor and inconsistent control.

X-ray Inspection

With our X-ray equipment, hidden solder, and the internal structure of solder joints can be examined, revealing defects that are not visible to optical systems. During every production, the first and periodic samples are also inspected with X-rays for both SMT and THT components and solder joints.

First sample inspection

Our dedicated first sample inspection station (FAI) automatically maps the assembled PCBS in seconds and prevents any assembly errors before they cause problems in series production.

Climate chamber and corrosion test

If required, we test your products in extreme temperature and humidity conditions, as well as examine the resistance of the materials in a corrosive environment. This ensures that the products work reliably in all environments.
