Small, Medium, and Large Series PCBA Production

On our advanced SMT and backend production lines – thanks to our significant inventory and in-house engineering capabilities – we are ready provide PCBA service for anything from a single prototype to several million units annually. As a well-prepared EMS manufacturer, we offer full-service solutions, from design optimization to the packaging of complete box-build products.

Turnkey Electronics Manufacturing, Box-Build Services

PCBA is sometimes just the beginning. In many of our projects, we thoroughly test the finished PCBAs, mount them into their enclosures (box-build), and even package the fully assembled product in its final consumer packaging, according to our customers’ expectations. This ensures our customers do not need to work with multiple suppliers and can trust that we manage the entire production process in-house.

Rapid Prototyping

Thanks to our expert team – in urgent cases – we can assemble the ordered PCBs within a single day of receiving materials, and typically, within 3-5 days, offering a “one-stop-shop” service. You simply only need to send us the product documentation, and we take care of the rest. Indeed: we optimize the designs, procure the PCBs and components, then assemble, solder, and test the completed prototypes using the most fitting of our various methods. This helps reduce development costs and the time it takes for your products to reach the market.

High Added Value

We do more than „just” manufacture PCBAs and assemble electronics devices. As a full-service EMS, our 10-member engineering team helps optimize manufacturing designs, and our technicians perform quality control on PCBAs assembled by other manufacturers, and repair or rework them if needed. Our services include comprehensive SMT rework for up to 16+ layer PCBs, convection and IR BGA rework and reballing, and THT rework. For automotive, medical electronics, and other projects that have higher requirements, we also support our customers throughout their APQP process and help prepare the PPAP documentation.
